OK, the evil ecu problem has reared its head again and I need a rebuild from some one who knows what they are doing. This ECU was rebuilt 12/10 by the famous ATE. The car did start after the rebuild but I have always had problem with the high rpm's, the car would not go above 4500 rpm's with out shuttering, but it was drive able. I sent the unit back after that rebuilt at a cost of $25 shipping only to get it back with the same problems. Now the problem is getting worse with shuttering at low rpm's. A lot of trouble shooting later I have found that the pin 32 on the ecu is not putting out 12 volts like it is supposed to and therefore causing the trac control to go bonkers and cause the car to shake. I need a ecu rebuild by someone who can fix this problem. I do not want to get ripped off again, so if you have any good recommendations I would appreciate them.

I believe vendor TaninAuto can do the rebuild for you. I'm not surprised that you're having problems with your ATE rebuilt ECU, there's a thread full of dissatisfied customers of theirs.
