those are wheels off a SC400. mid 90s. i love them. got those for a $100 bucks.

RCR tails look nice as do the clears on the front bumper. Do you have other plans for the car?

@RA40. next thing im going to do is get some coilovers, also looking for some nice deepdish wheels. whats a good coilover set up that will ride smooth like it does now but lower the car 1.5 to 2inches?.

Also the bolt pattern for the wheels is 5x114.3. should fit any lexus till 04 i think.

not without LED.... at least none that I have seen. I am not sure I like the look of the LEDs and the cost would be much lower without em. Any idea why there is not as many options available for the 98+?
