Default Help! With fan bracket

Pulled fan, 4 nuts on pulley and fan clutch won't come off. I also believe I have all the bolts and nuts off the fan bracket. It won't come off. What am I missing? I've looked at all the things on line and on this site.

Thanks in advance.

Update: looks like there are two more bolts on the side by the A/C compressor that come in from the side? Anyone know if this is correct? Will I need to pull the compressor?
Thanks again for any help!

Thanks, I'm still stumped as to why the A/C clutch won't come off the fan pulley. The car is a 97. I see I forgot to put that down. Thanks again.
