after driving for 40 mies or so the car stalls and starves for gas. I have replaced Throttle Position Sensor, Fuel Pump Sensor, and Mass Air Flow Sensor. Any suggestions???

Have you read the fault codes? Have you measured the fuel rail pressure?
Could be a faulty fuel pump but there are many other causes.

I had a similar issue with my 91 ls. Car would run fine for a while then cut out and stall. It would then be difficult to start up. Everything I tested would always pass. I eventually determined it was a bad pump. The pump like any electric motor can fall victim to heat. Anytime I tested the fuel system was in my garage after the car was cooled down. When driving the vehicle the pump begins working and slowly heats up leading to failure during use. Once cooled down it may begin to work again. I hope this helps and good luck on the diag.
