Default tanabe springs?????

Supp club I have a question I have a guy that is selling some tanabe springs...for a 92 ls I have a 97 he states that those springs will work on mine...Not that knowledgeable in regards to that please help...Thanks

Tanabe lists them as 2 different part numbers, so there are probably some differences in tanabes spec for the springs.

TDF085 is for '95-00, TDF076 is for '89-94 cars.

if the price is right and you have time and money to figure out if they actually fit do it.

It wouldn't surprise me if the spring was longer or shorter (IE: 1" drop vs 3" drop) maybe the 89-94 dampers spring seat is higher or lower than the 95-00

The questions that no one has the answers to.

actuallly it's been discussed. main difference is that UCF20 has longer stroke than UCF10, which is why UCF1x coilovers work fine on UCF2x but not vice versa.

Ic. so. if anyone wanted to donk a older lexus throw on stock 95+ components give it a little lift..

i wouldn't risk putting 92 spring combo with 95+ struts. they are not meant to go together.
