Just bought a cherry LS400 and am in love with at already. I had a GS430 06' a couple of years ago and am glad to be back in the Lexus family. I have so many plans for the car it just isnt funny. A few quick questions if ya'll dont mind. (I HAVE searched the forums b4 asking these)

1.other than ebay what site has good deals on the mrr HR3's?

2.bouncing tach and clicking (in unison) from engine bay. (only when in neutral)

3.has anyone ever mounted the front liscense plate anywhere else other than in the center of the stock front bumper?
