Default RX wheel spacer and tire size help

I have a 2000 LS400
and I have a set of RX330 rims. They are 18x7 (yes I know, they are skinny, but the look better than the stock wheels. )

I know for sure that they wont fit because of the brake calipers on the front.

So my question is:

a) what size spacer should I go with to get these to fit. I was thinking 15mm.

b) what size tires should I run. I am not lowered YET. but I will eventually drop it for a nice clean look. not slammed or anything. i was thinking 235/45/18
