LS400 Side Molding/Chrome Trim questions...
I have a 92 LS right now at the paint shop and decided that the ugly black rubber trim under the doors must go... now my question is to put on the harder 93-94 side rocker panels, do I have to alsp get the door moldings aswell? I keep comparing them and all i see different is a thin black strip or rubber under the door... Or can I just bondo the holes that hold that rubber strip to the door and attach the side molding right under that onto the chassis? And the other question is where can I get new OEM chrome trimming for all around the car... I have seen 3M double sided sticky ones but in a roll and must be cut and I know thos end cuts will not look business. Any input will be greatly appreciated!

If you want it to look good, you need to change the door trim, front fender trim
and the rear wheel arch trim as well.
The 93-94 trim is different, they are thicker, got a different curve and they go
further down to the ground to cover the bolts of the rocker panels.
I completed this conversion on my ufc10 today actually..
