Default Blacked out / Smoked bumper lenses

Had some free time during the week here and it was super nice out so i decided to "black out " my bumper lenses. I'm not too sure if i like it or not ? So eventually im going to swap them out with clears. But they are growing on me so we'll see

What do you think ?

I tinted them with 3 light coats of VHT nightshade and then did 4 coats of Instant Clearcoat over top to try and even out the texture. Light still shines through and its better that the orange

On a side note, i got a little present in the mail i think you guys might appreciate! Something to pass the time when its raining outside and i cannot work on the Celsior .

Stoked to give her a nice pearly paintjob at work

Thanks for reading

I'll try and snap some when its not raining one of these nights

The weather sucks hard right now... It was sunny yesterday so i washed her, then it just pours like crazy all day today

Im debating whether i should try doing the tails like this...But only one coat of VHT. I can't bring myself to ruin them though. So maybe if i can find a used set cheap at a junkyard I'll try it out. The reverse light is its own seperate peice so i would mask that off when i smoke the rest. I did it on my civic and it actually looked pretty good,
