Rear bumper removal.
I've searched they keywords "rear bumper" "rear bumper removal" under the ls400 category and my questions weren't answered in anyway.
52561 is that what holds the center of the rear bumper in place? Mine is sagging and I can see the holes to the chassis where this bracket should be.
52575 & 52576 is what holds the sides? seems like I'm missing the left side on my car.
what does 52589 & 52565A do and where are they located on the bumper?
I haven't had time to take the thing apart I was trying to figure out answers and just order the parts I'm missing and do it all in one day.
Any information will help.. Thanks!

It's never good to shotgun replacing parts, your likely to spend more time and money than doing it right the first time. I haven't seen any pictures and don't personally know you so it's hard to diagnose what I can't see. So here goes nothing...
161 I believe is on top of the the bumper to give it strength, it has 1x 10mm bolt that bolts into the trunk and has 5 plastic snaps on the back that push into the rear trunk panel sheetmetal.
575/576 are brackets that have 2x 1" studs on them that stick through the rear quarterpanel sheetmetal than into the bumper. If you look inside the truck, under the covers, in the rear wheel wells, you will see, I believe 2x 10mm nuts(06097) that screw onto those studs.
589/565A are both strips of either plastic or sheetmetal, I don't recall. They are there to give the thing plastic bumper cover some strength and look rigid. If that isn't there it will look wavy, and kind of odd.
Now to your situation, as you said your bumper is sagging and you can see holes in the chassis, I think your missing the push lock retaining clips (09165). Those stick into 565A/589 and attach to the bottom of the aluminum bumper.
This is coming from memory and was a complete shot in the dark, please correct me if I am wrong.
