I can't say for sure either way, but it seems like it would be the sensor. Seafoam doesn't get into the crankcase does it? Purely a fuel/emissions treatment? have you checked to see if you knocked the wire loose on the sensor when doing the treatment?

checking the sender wiring also try to change the oil. you should change oil / spark plug after you run seafoam.

Are you saying the seafoam treatment fouled or ruined the plugs?

It is highly recommended that you change the plugs after the Seafoam treatment. You are cleaning all that carbon out of your intake and it can easily foul up the plugs. If you still have new plugs then inspect and clean.

Another reason why i don't use the after market additives, even if the dealer sells them they get commission from the additive company them selves.

Here and there we'll read of problems following. Variety of reasons exist though with a healthy engine, the recommended use -should- be fine. Remember "stuff" happens so it it is a risk. That old saying, "don't fix what isn't broken."

wow you generally don't wanna ever do that. Seafoam really shouldnt be run in your oil for much longer than it takes the car to get to operating temp and then maybe another 10 minutes.

Seafoam in oil has next to no impact on spark plugs anyways, that's only an issue when you run it through the intake tract.
