Hi everyone! so the other day i rolled my right passenger window down and hear an extremely

loud snap noise coming from the door followed by the window not rolling down. Then i rolled the

window back up and heard the same noise again. So i took off the door panel and see that this

white plastic rail that attaches to the bottom of the glass has snapped into about 3 pieces with a 4

inch length of it still attached to the window motor's arm. So i have been searching all over, but can't

seem to find a place to buy this white rail or even the specific name of this rail. anyone know where

I can find a replacement for this part or what the name of this part is? All i see for sale are window

regulators and they don't come with this white rail. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

year and model would probably help even more.

I think that piece come with the window I work at a Toyota dealer and all the windows we sale come with that piece as part of the window not sold separate.

sorry PD, my dumbass was so eager to post and find an answer that i left my common sense behind... it is a 96 LS if it does any good now

2jz, you are right. the rail DOES come stuck to the bottom of replacement windows. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-LEXUS-L...ht_2328wt_1402 guess i'll need a new window now.

If you have a 1st gen just go to a junkyard. Same thing happened to me. The bearing on my driver side window got messed up. Went to the pick your part and just pulled it out within 10 mins and saved hundreds. Im sure the while rail thingy removable. Theres always a bunch of LS400s at the pick your part.
