Ok here we go, i bet you guys think im stupid. but trust me something is not right:

First few pics are of everything lined up so you guys can stop saying make sure its at TDC etc:

Left cam gear:

Right cam gear:

belt marks on crank:

Belt on LEFT CAM PULLEY(notice where the belt mark lines up)

Belt on RIGHT CAM PULLEY:

Now When i take the belt off completely and place the belt on both pulleys where the marks are SUPPOSED to go, look how much extra slack i get.

so now that should be enough for you experts to tell me what you think the problem is, its almost as if the marks on the belt for the cam pulleys are to far apart?

Ok, maybe I'm looking at it weird but you may have the routing incorrect. In the "slack" pic you don't have the water pump routed. I agree your marks are too far apart and this could be the result of incorrect routing.

Did you check the belt for length against the old belt?

i did that on purpose to show you how much slack is in between the two markings (one pully to the other) the slack should be under the right cam gear.
SO to me its as if the marks on the belt are to far apart.

If the two belts are the same length then I agree with you about the marks.

Pics with the belt routed and tension on it? Its pretty hard to tell whats goin on. Also remember the belt ties the cams and crank together. Marks on these parts are more important than than those on the belt. In my opinion.
