Hey guys,

I am in the process of helping my dad to decide between the LS430 and E500.

My question to you LS430 owners here is, are there any known problems with the current LS430 model?

Does anyone here have a LS430 that has the sport suspension upgrade? I just want to know if it is a good upgrade and what is your impression at this point?

Any known problems? None that I know of. As for the sport suspension, I drove one about a year ago with that option and didn't feel much of a difference between it and the stock setup.

If you're trying to talk your dad into the LS430, all you have to do is tell him that its a car of the caliber and size of the S Class, for the price of the E class. That would be enough to sell me...

I've helped my dad pick out cars since I was a little kid (he drives an LS400 now). Cars have always been my passion, and even when I was really young I could route off specs and info like I was a Road and Track magazine lol. If you need any tips or tricks to help steer him the way you want him to go, just lemme know
