Wheel spacers and ramblings

Quick question regarding spacers & install...
I have four Lexus specific H&R 10mm spacers which included the extended studs. I will end up machining a couple millimeters off each one to save me from extra fender work when I install my new shoes...
Front what I've searched & read, the front studs are not that difficult to be pressed in. However the rear requires disassembly of the hub before pressing studs in. Am I correct with this ?
Before I take my car into the shop I'd like to be fully prepared. Should I be ready to replace the wheel bearing for the rear set when it comes apart. Right now I seem to have no issues with the bearings. The fronts should be a non issue with bearing replacement right ?
Also how much shop time should I expect for this job?
Thank you.

I believe you will have enough space to maneuver the extended lugs through without disassembling the hub. At least I think that's how my 15mm H&Rs were installed. It didn't take the mechanic more than 30-45 min. to get them on.

I'll be doing mine soon and found this one:
Front the right way as PD outlines:

Rear:
