Sticky Gear Selector
Yesterday I had the joy of acan of Dr. Pepper exploding ALL over the interior of my car. I seem to have gotten most of it out, but two problems remain.
1. My gear selector is disgustingly sticky, as in I have to push pretty hard to get it unstuck to get out of park.
2. I now have to pull on the cup holder to get it out, instead of it popping out when depressed.
I know that I can pry out the console cover, butt is there any way to expose the two peices of plastic that allow the gear selector to move for cleaning?
