Default Lots of noise and vibration

Situation: At start up there is a lot more noise and vibration. When I am driving the car it is very noticeable as the shake starts to shake on acceleration. It does seem to go down a bit after 3rd gear, but once at a stop the idle vibration is still never strong and loud. I can feel and see the vibrations on the steering and and in the pedals.

I recently changed the driver belt so I don't know if that could contribute to the front end vibration. I don't not know if the noise is from the engine or the vibration, but it kind of sounds like a chuga chuga sound.

Any comments is highly appreciated, Thank you.

i think it could be a combo of a few different problems, is your car throwing out any check engine codes? possibly the firing order could be off and your car could be slightly off timing along with bad or worn down engine mounts when you feel vibration in your pedals or steering wheel it's usually bexcause of bad mounts, the ls was meant to provide a smooth ride and low noise as it is luxury but if it's jumping like that it might be time to replace them but first you need to control the engines shaking, check your timing, check your firing order and plugs, and then just check to see if anything is loose i know the 1uzfe runs some kind of serpintine belt so if you removed it just check to make sure you tightened everything and that the belt tensioners are tight, if all fails mightn have to bring it a trustworthy shop
