Could someone point us to a DIY for replacing cam and crank seals for first generation LS?

I am not going to do this job myself, but I like to see some actual pictures. I see timing belt DIYs on LexLS and Lextreme, but they don't cover changing cam and crank seals for some reason. Everyone says these three seals are very easy to replace for 1LS when replacing the timing belt, so I am hoping to see some pics.

Not really much to show past removing the timing belt assy. Remove the bolts that hold in the pulleys, pull out old seals, push new ones in.

this was taken in 2009 when I done my 97 TB/WP, the cam seals are right behind the cam pulleys, remove two bolts, pulleys, pop seals out with screwdriver and tap the new ones in.... only instruction is DONT turn the camshaft.

Thank you for your instructions billyd. I am in the process of having a mechanic to replace an 1LS timing belt. I want to make sure these three seals are replaced (2x cam, 1x crank) while the timing belt is off.
