help...bought a set of 19x10.5 +5/19x11.5 +10
Fellow ClubLexus, I just pick up a set of 19x10.5 +5 and 19x11.5 +10 WALD Wheels very clean and brand new custom reliped for $1800. Now my concern is I'm putting them on my 98 ls400, "what size tires best fit them" and I'm looking to stretch the tires too? Thanks guys any info well help........

i'm running a 10.5 +0 up front and i had to pull the front fenders quite a bit. I'm running a 235/35 but you could probably get away with a 225/35.
The rears will need a pull as well. Run 245/35. 235 wont bead on a 11.5j. I believe max natural camber is about -5 give or take. You could purchase some studio arms to achieve more negative camber.

19"x11" +12 (hi-disk) w/ Michelin Pilot Sport 255/35
Do yourself a favor and learn from our mistakes.
Get a body shop to do the necessary roll & pull.
It will not look good if you do it yourself. I speak from personal experience.
My car is in the shop getting this done right now after doing do it myself and dimpling the crap out of the panels.
In my experience those offsets are +/-15mm too aggressive to do a DIY roll/pull. That being said my rears are hi-disk as well so that added to the problem.

i recommend that you always stay away from cutting, unless you weld the inner and outer sheet metal back together; in which case you could have just rolled and bodyworked anyway. seperating the inner and outer metal can lead to problems down the road. i've had cut cars come in that had been wrecked and the quarters never got back right, had fitment issues and folded the seperated metal, and couldn't hold new pulls because there was no structure. imo cutting the lip is a half *** short cut that can lead to permanent damage down the line.

Hi-disk adds to the problem by the hub being thicker. I had to get extended studs even without a spacer.
