Will a 90 ls400 gauge cluster fit and work correctly in a 93?

In a word,no.
The wiring is different and the oddometer is analogue in the 90-92 and digital in the 93-94 model.
Why do you want to do this?

Sorry it's the mileometer that is different, the gauges, tacho and speedo should be OK to transplant into yours though depends on cost I guess.
Would be a bargain if it came with the nearly full tank of gas showing on gauge!!!
