Default Engine wire questions

I just got a 93 ls400 tonight, Its been running like garbage since getting it. Has a CEL, Trac off and trac light lit up. My concern though is with some wire I found cut/not plugged in. On the driver side almost under the radiator hose from the block there is a red wire and green wire that have been cut, and on the underside of the timing belt gear there is a red wire and yellow wire not connected to anything. They look to have been in a connector but were unpinned it appears. I can get pictures tomorrow of it tomorrow. The exhaust note isnt smooth but sounds like it has a miss almost. Below 1000 rpm the car runs pretty bad, about 1600rpm it clears up and starts running better. Almost have to floor it though to get the car to accelerate or downshift. Im going to bring it to the dealer tomorrow to figure out what exactly the cel's mean. IDK if it makes a difference but the car has coilovers on it.

you don't need to take it to a dealer for the CEL, you just need a paperclip.
