My right fan is spinning slow an blowing my 30amp fuse .i took it out an put a 40amp fuse and it blow that to do u think because the fan is on its way out that will cause the fuse to blow .

you're talking about the AC condensor fans?

yeah it's likely that or you have a short in the wiring. don't keep replacing the fuse with higher ratings or else you'll blow the wiring.

if you dont know what he means by: "blow the wiring" , it means you could set the wiring on fire....
unplug the fan and see if the (correct) fuse, blows again, if so your problem is not the fan,
otherwise replace the fan....
