Default Does it matter how mileage has been distributed over the years?

I'm looking to buy a LS 400, year-2000, with 96,000 miles on it. The car looks good (over the internet anyway). What I noticed is that the car in it's first 8 years only did 34,000 miles (it was owned by a retiree in Florida). It was sold in 2008 to it's second owner who put 62,000 miles on it in less than three years.

So, my question is....is a car that was driven that much over a three year period subpar to a car that has the same mileage but distributed evenly?

So long as the scheduled maintenance has been done. Still have to check the basics to see how it is at that point in time as an indicator.

As cold as it's going to be the next few days here in Kansas, I'd ask if this Florida car has seat heaters since lots of LS400's sold down there did not. One of my main disappointments with my 2000 LS400 is that the rear seats aren't heated -- not available as an option until the 2001 model year on the LS430.
