bolt-on cat-back? only one i can think of that's easily available is the JIC Bullet, but i think it's discontinued now. Wald, JP, and a couple other super high end JDM companies make them for the VIP scene but going rate on those is ~$2500 and up for a cat-back (rear section mufflers alone are ~$1000-1500).
generally your best bet is to get it made locally.

We used to joke that only performance cars did the cooling down tinking exhaust sound. Most of my cars have done this after a long or particularly hard run. I've never associated it with a problem as it's happened on different cars from different manufactures on both old and new ones.

I thought I just had a small leak in my 1997 ls's system... Turned out to be that the Y pipe was rotted, one manifold was cracked, and the egr tube was rotted. $80 for a used manifold on ebay, and a local custom exhaust shop took care of the Y pipe for me. It was going to be $175 for them to make me a Y pipe, but I ended up having them run dual pipes from the cats to the factory mufflers, and it only cost $150, AND their work has a lifetime warranty.
