Exclamation Wipers worked yesterday, now they don't...

Well as you can tell from the "Title", I'm apparently having issues with my windshield-wipers. It be a sad day when I it does nothing but rain and I can't enjoy my Lexus LS400 cause the blades won't wipe the rain off. Lol and RainX goes only so far... Though my problem, err.. well question is this: "What could be causing this minor yet, inconvienent problem?". I've tried checking all the Fuses and they seem to be good. Though I'm missing a few where the 'Kick-Panel' is but to my dismay, when I bought the poor thing from triple A (AAA) pawn, I forgot to look to see if all the Fuse box covers were in place. Without the diagram on the cover, I'm not sure what AMP to place in the empty slots. *Note: I also checked the wiper motor, via by disconnecting the plug from the wiper motor and wired in just the hot. To my surprise, the motor kicked off and hummed normally. Hence it wasn't trying to shake as if it knew a new dance Lol I've looked other places for the answer(s) I seek and came acroos " Club Lexus ". Read a few things and decided if someone could help with this minor set-back, that I might be an avid user of the site. Because I'm new to working on ANY vehicle and I happen to have a Lexus I thought, "Heck, I bet those people would not only help but would probably love the chance to bring someone else closer to his/her Lexus!". So there it is. I'm sorry if I rambled on too long to get the point, but I believe in "Detail" as without it, you wouldn't really know me or my problems.

Thank you (whoever it may be) for your time
Corey S.

What year do you have?

edit: Use https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lex...nual-search.do

Put in your model year and get access to your owners manual. It should give you a diagram for the fuses/relays.
