Default vibration on my 99

I'm getting vibration right at 50mph and then goes away...then at 80 mph does it again...it also has a roaring sound too . It gets on my nerves. Any ideas wat it could be?? I'm thinkin driveshaft, or differential. I had all my tires rebalanced already. Help.

A low rumble sounds to me like the transmission mount. On my car that went out and had a deep (40hz) rumble at 45 and 70.

Other than the tranny mounts those two as well. If doing this, verify the integrity of the engine mounts.

Check your motor mounts out as well as your tranny mount. Make sure you actually remove the tranny mount not just pry on it or visually inspect it while still installed on the car.

So is the tranny mount also part of the reason why I also get vibration when in park or neutral revving above 2200 Rpm?

Possible. The tranny mount is real easy to get to. I think I did mine in 30 min. It didn't look bad, but I changed it anyway since I had the part in hand, and it solved the problem.

How many miles on the car? The tranny mount gone south is often accompanied by the gear shift lever vibrating while not moving. Most instances it comes out in 2 pieces, the "V" and lower plate. It will cure some issues but there is a high probability the engine mounts have gone south as well.

FWIW, I have the same 2000rpm flutter and a 42-45 mph vibration. I have the part (Transmission Mount) in hand and plan on changing it this weekend. I'll let you know if it fixes my issues.
