Default What do i need to get neg camber?

I'm getting coilovers in about a week and i will most likely need new suspension parts. I want some negative camber and don't know if i need camber arms or plates. How much they usually cost, etc...

Anybody willing to give this damsel in distress some insight?

I'm not sure about all that, but you could replace the suspension for bags. How much camber are you looking for? Like the extreme VIP style? or just so it looks flush?

What wheels are on or will be on it? How low will you set it at?
That has some say in how much camber you want for running flush, poking, etc. The normal drop will bring in neg camber.

please only add as much camber as you need, adding too much will really just look stupid.

you can dial in a fair amount of camber on the LS in factory form, so what is your wheel setup that you think you'll need more than that...

Good to know. My LS has positive camber at the moment and I'm destroying my tires...I need some negative camber to get some even tire wear...perhaps I shouldn't drive it like my other vehicles...

Front double wishbone does not benefit from camber plates unless youre trying to increase distance between the coilover and spindle. You can get a decent amount of negative camber in the rear with stock components. For the front look into rca/camber adapters. Nagisa makes some. If you wanna go crazy oni style then fully adjustable arms from Nagisa are for you, but theyre not cheap and for an entire set of arms will cost more then a lot of these ls400s are worth.

What year is yours?
There is a limited camber adjustment at least from the 95-00. Dunno how the first gens are.

I got -6 out of my eccentric bolts before having the alignment dialed in. I'm now at -5.9 and -5.8 in the rear.

I'll be interested to see what the front maxes out at w/o RCAs. I had -5.5 up front with them.

Yeah getting negative camber whilst lowered in a UCF10 (not sure about newer models) should be no issue with stock eccentrics. POSITIVE camber, likely even 0 camber when a substantial drop, would likely be difficult, but negative should come naturally.

I'm on stock adjustments with natural camber, I'm pretty sure it's not even maxed out
