Hello. Nice topic. If you discovered Lexus from the UCF10 then no other lexus will satisfy you, I have 92 98 2004 2012 all LS and I can tell you that the 92 is the smoothest the quietest and the best in quality. Only the 98 have 80% similarity.
The ucf10 was made in an era where toyota had a bigger goal, which is establishing lexus as a quality car.

this is so true. my first lexus was a 1990 Ucf10 Ls400. holy god I miss that car. it felt better built than the 95 I have now, had more gizmos and gadgets, and was screaming fast. it would run circles around my ucf20.

my 95 can hit 155 too. highest ive had it yet was only about 140, dosent seem to like those kind of speeds. idk what happened to the Ls400 in between 1990-95, and even though the 95 is still a nice car, it isn't as fast, dosent feel as well made, and dosent handle as well as my old 90. only Ls400 better than a ucf10 as far as performance goes is the 98-00 ucf21, with the 5 speed tranny and VVT-I equipped engine, but they still are not built as well as the original 1990 ucf10

Funny reading this again...
My girlfriend and I just bought a certified pre-owned 2010 ES350 this morning. Car is amazing. Definitely another great job from Lexus... Performance wise... The LS can still definitely take it on the freeway. But don't get me wrong, the ES still hauls *** for a fwd lol
