while detailing, i noticed weatherstrip on the body (not door) on passenger rear side only covered half unlike driver's side which has full piece. this could explain slight squeaking when going over bump there, but prices on this piece of rubber is quite ridiculous at 145/pop. ebay got some used ones... no thanks. any other sources?

I suggest a junk yard. or an alternative source.....meaning a junk yard..or craigslist for a $1500-2000 car, swap all the good stuff, scrapyard whats left over, and basically break even or at least get back what you would have spent otherswise.

not the greatest advice, but very viable and can be done.

much difference between "used" off ebay and "used" from a junkyard, except you can haul yourself out to the yard to look at it.
