Installing aftermarket amp/sub..
#4
searching is your friend. anyway, on my 97 there were a few smaller holes where i was able to run my wires. just take off your rear seat, i believe its a 10mm in 10 spots for the back but cant remember. it was fairly easy to be honest. the hardest part was installing the actual head unit! now that is a whole different story.

Lead Lap
There are fairly large holes leading to the trunk covered by tape that look a little like but are not grommets on the upper left and right behind the seat backs on my 2000 LS400. I used the one on the passenger side and ran wires from the trunk to the dash under the door sill covers.
In hindsight, I think it would have been much easier to have run the wires under the driver side door sill covers so I wouldn't have had to contend with routing the wires behind the CD changer and glove compartment or disconnect/reconnect the passenger dash mounted airbag.
