how to get a nicer stance?

Get an alignment that already has some negative camber dialed in. Once you air out all the way, then should add some natural camber as the suspension geometry changes when you go lower. But without some negative camber to begin with airing out won't get you the look you want to acheive. It may be useful for you to post some pictures of your car so people can help you more constructively.

Like RadioKilla said, we need you to be more specific. Do you need it to camber in more when your aired out or while your rolling? Depending on how low you are already you should have some more adjustability with the stock eccentric bolts to adjust the camber.
I'm getting -5.5 front (with NRCAs) and -6 rear (stock eccentric bolts) with my current height.

Camber rca adapters in the front and maxed out oem eccentric bolts in the rear. That should be more then enough unless you wanna go crazier then that. If you do, you have the option of running the outrageously expensive Nagisa adjustable multilinks.
