You wil need to change the lower ball joint, Caliper as well as the rotor,as the 95 brakes and rotors are larger than the 91.The SS kit is only a small enhancement for the brake lines themselves.

by SS Kit you mean an RCA of some type right? NOT SS Brake lines?

if so, then you MAY be able to get away without using the later 2LS lower ball joints since you could have the right clearance, it really will depend on the thickness of the RCA you have.

otherwise, yes you need to swap out to the later 95-00 front lower ball joints.

also, you will need shims, pads, rotors, calipers, and caliper mounting bolts from a 95-00 LS to complete your swap.

you can either just remove the old one or get one from later LS, most will just trim/remove the old shield and leave it that way.

also, you did make sure your wheels clear right? because normal '89-94 wheels will hit the caliper.

Talking

Finally finished my front brakes upgarde, total cost $600. This is a remanufacture front caliper brakes with new brake hardware, rotors & pads.
I just learned that the old caliper bolts from the 90-94 will fit the the 95+ caliper. but you need to trim or add a washer. because the top bolt will hit the back rotors. One thing more that the rotors need some shims. Remember that the rotors have "screws" to align. Hope you save it! cuz you need to install that back. That will be your guide to make a shims for the rotors or just live it as is, just like mine.

This has been a great low budget 4 piston brake upgrade
pixs will be posted as soon as I get a camera.

I am looking for Lower Ball Joints but i cannot find them new.. not only that but every Pick N Pull i go to there are no 95+ LS's there. I Dont want to go to the Stealership for these parts and i am trying to stay away from Ebay parts from what i have heard. Anyone know of a Place where i can get these parts?? I would Greatly Appreciate the help.

So far i have Purchased:

And Brake Lines.
Anything else i should invest into??

lexus still sells the LBJs new. not too badly priced. I wouldn't touch a used set of them since these are parts that need to be replaced with age and wear anyway.

you do realize that your solara wheels won't clear the 2LS calipers right?

uhh, that's nice? but there's no guarantee that that would clear the brakes you're about to run...

offset has nothing to do with it either, you need to confirm if the wheel is big brake compatible. (it's a disk issue)

it's been covered but any 95-06 LS wheels will clear, 06+ ISx50/GS350 wheels, supra turbo wheels, and any aftermarket wheel made for big brake kits will usually clear. those TRD wheels you listed MAY clear, but you would need to check as normal camry/anything else wheels won't.
