Yes it is the socket to the headlight itself. He saying to reverse the wire on the HID kit socket adapter not the oem socket. I did what he did still never got my fogs to work. I ended up cutting off the sockets and replaced them with a later socket. All said and done never got the fogs to work with HID's.

Went back to halogens. May be a better HID kit sometime and try again.

ok so i finally did my headlights following what tenchu told us about reversing the pins in the harness. Did that with High and Low HIDs with the high beam as a halogen bulb. When i turn on my headlights the lowbeam is on correctly but then when i turn on my high beams, the driver side doesnt change and the passenger side changes halfway and starts flashing rapidly with both high and low on at the same time but really dim. Also my fog lights dont work either way, everything is good tho nothing blown. But does anyone know why my high beams dont work and why the right one starts flashing? Also, can a high and low beam bulb use a single beam ballast?
