Tokico Stuts - Any Reviews?
What are your feelings on Tokico struts. I have a pair of front struts, I want to put them on but need to know of any problems I might encounter or if all is good! Thanks 91 Ls400

Had 2 sets of them blow on me in under 6 months. My car is only lowered a little over an inch and is only used on the weekends, since I drive cross country for a living. Ride was horrible. Mushy, floaty, uneasy, etc. Was also very easy to bottom out with them, and this was BEFORE I lowered the car. MY 2 cents,,,KYB GR2 will do you just fine.

I'd recommend Tokicos
Haven't replaced them on my LS yet, but I installed a set of Tokicos on a 10 year old Honda Civic Si I once owned, they were as good as the OEMs with the same wonderful ride/handling qualities, good choice for a stock suspension. At the time Tokicos & KYBs were the most popular choice for that car, I think the KYBs were firmer than OEM but both got good reviews.
