Default Turn Signals Not Working

I've recently acquired a 2000 LS400 from my father. Upon picking it up I immediately noticed the fast signal indicating burnt out bulbs for both left and right. It turns out all the signal bulbs were out. I only had one bulb in the garage and replaced a rear bulb and it worked (but I still got the fast blink as the remaining three corners were out). I bought some new bulbs, replaced the remaining three corners and now...nothing. Not even a fast blink. I can't even get the Hazard lights to activate with the center stack button. I checked the #1 and #19 fuses and they're fine.

Anyone had this problem?

The fuses are good. Relay/Time Switch? Would that be the Turn Signal Relay located in the driver side kick panel?

Still no blinking. I found where the flasher is, removed it and called around looking for one. Only from the dealer for $60. The parts guy did tell me everything routes through the hazard switch on the dash as well and I noticed that the hazard button is not illuminated at all. So, perhaps its the switch and not the flasher. Does anyone know if the flasher supplies power to the hazard switch or vice versa?

I would actually just check ALL of your fuses first. You may have that fuse out and nees to be replaced.

Well, I already checked the #1 and #19 fuses, those are the only two listed in the manual having to do with the signals. Are there others not listed in the manual I should check?

Does this fuse look blown to anyone? Well it is. #33 fuse in the engine compartment fuse block. Hairline break Blinkers now working.

Anyone need a brand new flasher relay?

I can see it, and I thought my eyes were going in my old age.
