just wanted the kind of mirrors that new cars have with the blinker arrow on my ls400 (1996) or the mirrors that fold up when u turn the car off are there any aftermaket ones i can buy ???????

Some threads even in the LS section but more in the 2-GS forum.
There are covers.
You'll have to find/buy some motorized ones and wire them up when you turn the car off.

NONE of the earlier LS models had the integrated mirror signals. Adding these to your car now would either be a custom job or like most, just a mirror cover that slips on over your existing mirrors that you have to wire in. The folding mirrors were an available option over in the European market, however thay are darn near impossible to get over here, let alone locate them. Even then, some customization would be in order our cars were not equipped with them.
