95 SC seats in a 95 LS (I have searched)

Yo guys!

I have a friend who is looking to trade his SC seats for my LS seats. I was wondering if they just bolt right up (to my car)? Please enlighten me

It might be a while, im taking my car out of winter storage in about 2 weeks so I wont get around to it much before 3 weeks from now.
