Default Smoke in the front

2000 LS 400

Drove only 2 miles yesterday and after parking in the garage I noticed a little smoke coming out of the grill. Didn't smell anything. Any ideas what to look for?

Figured it out by accident. thee was a hair line crack on the tube at the radiator from the over flow tank. It must have dripped down and hit something hot. I was lucky to find it in the garage and not broken down on the highway.

how did you diagnose the hairline crack? was there a visible leak?

Drifter, it was pure luck. I took off the plastic piece above the radiatorjust to take a look. I noticed a little bit of wetness and by accident touched the area where the tube, attached to the radiator , moved slightly downward and then noticed the crack. Sometimes you get lucky. Installed the new radiator and everything looks good. Of course getting the air out of the system was a pain but now I'm good to go.
