to expand on what sha said: IIRC find the oil dipstick. that rubber L shape grommet/hose to the very left front of it holds the pcv valve. I may be wrong although i'm 95% sure, haven't looked in awhile.

I had this problem on my friends 1993 and it turned out to be the mas air flow sensor He installed an after market hi pro one and it cost under 125.00 .I can only quess that all this cleaning can damage mas air flo sensors from what the book says.good luck. One more thing,We need to be nicer with are comments and suggestions to all the club members I just read about a member with a blown head gasket problem and the help was right but no need to get crazy and name calling,Not everything will help or be right but at least we are all trying to help.I have had to back off with my help because of so mean comments to my suggestions.

Check the specs on both TPS. If it is working properly, check if it is properly adjusted. Also check the TPS harness to ecu. This should fix the low idle problem.
