Question Wheel fitment on my celsior

Had a few fitment questions for my 95 Celsior as far as if the wheels I want would fit without any issues. If there would be any issues what size spaces do you think I would need and if I'd for sure need to roll my fenders? I have factory air suspension with a ride height controller so in theory I could slap them on and ride like a monster truck until I got adapters/rolled fenders to fix the situation. I'm primarily worried about them hitting my front calipers. Thanks for any good info.

My current wheels are

Front: 225/40 18x8j +35
Rear: 235/40 18x9j +35

I would like to get these wheels and here's specs: 8.5J×18+42 9.5J×18+44

a roll is needed in the front, rear may or may not be fine.

no idea if they'll clear the calipers, it's not offset dependent.

I may gamble on them and get adapters if necessary. If all 4 wheels are the same would you say they're a low disk version? Here in Japan there's so many different wheel manufacturers that make the same generic design (like this one) so I don't know most of the time what brand it is to research specs. If it is a low-disk version then I assume thats why it may hit the caliper?
