First Gen LS - Tonight on TV!
Tonight (Jan. 2), at 10 p.m. (east coast) on the History Channel, there will be airing an episode of the show "Top Gear" which in some way (I don't know how) involves a modded First Gen LS on a pedestal. I think the episode involves some sort of experiment in used car sales. I just throw this out there in case anyone is interested...

For the Englishman hailing from across the pond
I don't know if it's available yet, but I imagine that you can probably purchase this episode from www.history.com.

I believe it is Top Gear USA. (I didn't even know that there was a Top Gear UK.
Funny you should mention a UK production, though. Earlier today, on Discovery HD channel, there was an episode of "Wheelers & Dealers" which featured the purchase, upgrade, and sale of a (I think) '91 LS. It was definitely a first gen, in any event. (Interestingly, the test drive in the middle was done on an immaculate black Second Gen LS.) In any event, I believe the entire episode is available for free on YouTube. I have it bookmarked somewhere. In any event, I mention it here because the accents of the shows two hosts makes it plainly obvious that "Wheelers" is a UK production.
