I was out the other day stopped at a light the check engine light came on and the traction off light came on. Car lost power had to keep the foot on the accelerator and shift by hand to get home. It went into limp mode.The car is burning rich also. I tried getting the car into diagnostic mode but it would not go into it. I followed the published procedure but could not get the check engine light to display codes. Can anyone suggest anything? Just got the car it has 89000 miles. I also need the cluster repaired everything works but takes a half hour to come on.
