Super Low Mileage 92 LS400
I was scanning our local Kijiji ads today, and I always set the search criteria for all of Ontario. What appears but this beauty in Ottawa … too bad its 5 hours away from me.

1992 LS400 with 22000 klms, which equates to something like 13000 miles.
After owning a 2000 LS400, and then a 2004 LS430, I don’t think I could go back to the 1992 LS.
But, what a great car for the right buyer.
Price seems way too high, even considering the miles. Also, I’d like to see more pictures.
Thought this might be of interest to some here.

Those chrome fender moldings used to be popular with the Boca Raton senior crowd. You would see them on every other Deville or Town Car in Florida.
If it was my car, I’d remove them, but there would likely be some damage lurking under the trim after 19 years.
This guy will have a tough time selling his LS …. They don’t have a collector car status, and $10k is about 4 times what most 1992 LS’ go for up here.

HMMMMmmm...... aweful nice.
Consider I picked up my '93 LS400 spring of this year for $2,500 with 222,000kms and it needed a quite a bit to return it to a smooth & reliable daily driver. I'm now into it (tires oil cleaning, everything) a little over $6,000.
I'd have to see it but if it's as nice as claimed I believe it's worth $7-10,000. You'd get that much back out of it if you kept it and drove it.

Too much money. The rubber, in the suspension, still deteriorates over time. That paint is nice but I'm not diggin' that pinstripe, doesn't look like it really fits. But, everyone has different taste, like those nasty chrome wheel wells.

Wow, that car is in amazing shape. It's too bad whoever owned it didn't really enjoy it too much, and still saw it depreciate by at least $35,000. I'd be tempted to spend in the $7k range.

I bought my 1994 JDM import nearly 5 years ago with 61,000 Kms which worked out around 38,000 miles for £3750.00 ($6000.00 at the current exchange rates).
Got to agree about the chrome trim but easy enough to replace with the standard black plastic ones,I've actually seen an LS in the UK with the chrome ones.
