Default Car will not start

I have a 1992 Lexus LS400 104,000 miles, First I had to redo head gaskets I was not sure i had timing right so I have went back and made sure all TIMING WAS RIGHT But Now I don't get any fire from coils What should I test or look for? I plugged a spark plug in to a boot and it had no fire..It should have had a blue fire right? I replaced the ECU wire could that stop the coils from firing? I would think that would only control the idle & quantity of fuel to inject , I have made sure all grounds are plugged up and all fuse links are not broke and all main Eng Relays are working, Plus I can't hear the Fuel Pump starting when I turn my key should I beable to hear it?, My gas light on my dashboard is on and I'm low on gas would being low on gas make the fuel pump not work? i know I have some gas in there But I"m sure that would not make the coils not fire..........I'm out of ideas and I am gettting sick of the car ...I have a video of what It does if anyone cares to look at it

what do you mean you replaced the ecu wire? which wire? also, make sure the cam sensors and the crank sensor are all plugged in. make sure the coils are plugged in (the passenger side coil is a lil tricky), and are all the plugs by the fuse box plugged in? are the grounds at the back of the heads bolted to the heads? theres 1 for each head. you didnt forget to install the rotors inside the distributor caps did you? ive seen it happen on other cars.

I'm sorry I had the name of the wire wrong it was the IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE And i now have power to that after replaceing the EFI fuse and I have power to the coils But when I check if i have power to the crank sensor My light don't light up so is the wire messed up? What controls the power to that the ECM or the fuse box & battery? because when I try to start the start it wont start but this time i see that the RPM G on the dashboard moves as it did not before And when I put a spark plug to the boot it has no fire and that is because of the crank sensor right?. Yes Cam sensors are pluged in and yes I have new Distributor caps, Ideas???

the crank sensor should be receiving power from the ecu. if your tach is moving, you have at least 1 cam sensor plugged in. check the plugs for both, and for the crank sensor. its down low. also, check the plugs on both ignitors, 1 might be loose. the tach only gets a signal from 1 of the 2 ignitors btw. so 1 cam sensor or ignitor could be unplugged. the tach moving means that at least 1 ignitor is trying to fire the coil it runs. check both coil wires for spark. if both have power, at least 1 should be sparking. if it is sparking, plug it back in, and then check for spark on a plug wire coming out of that same distributor cap. if no spark at all, then it sounds like the rotor button was left out or broken.

Well the wire harness that gives power to crank and both cams and the drivers side coil is not getting power but also this harness connects/disconnects right there at the drivers side cam know what I'm talking about? the wires that go to the fuel Inters are getting power, That may be my whole problem bceause of this harness is not getting power then the cams or the crank S is also not getting power right?, all fuses are working I checked ALL OF THEM..I get codes 12 -

12- RPM signal no. 1

14 - Ignition no. 1 signal

15 - Ignition no. 2 signal...these codes wouild be because no power to the cams right?
ideas now?

there is a plug at the back of the intake manifold on the drivers side, it needs plugged in. should be since your starter is cranking. then there are 2 seperate plugs on the drivers side by the fuse box. one is a lil lower and closer to the firewall then the other. make sure both of these are plugged in. im betting one of them is not.

also, did you plug in both ignitors on the passenger side? they are under a black cover and they could be causing all 3 of your error codes.

What plug? I can't find one and only two other plugs i find one has a end on it and the other is connected right by the coil on the drivers side? and yes all ignitors are plugged in.....maybe you could call me? Or I call you? because I'm getting really upset with this stuff if so...281-513-7908

It has to be the ECM gone bad because nothing else points to it other than that, because the same harness on the drivers side that gives the fuel Intgers power gives them power but when it comes to the crank and cam there is no power because these are on the same harness on he drivers side so it has to be the ECM right?

the vr sensors have a positive and negative. positive voltage comes from the ecu, and the negative goes back to the ecu. the ecu reads the pulses on the positive from the teeth passing the vr sensor. anyhow, for all 3 of the vr sensors to not be producing a signal, you have either a bad ecu, or one of the plugs on the ecu is loose.

So you did the heads and timing belt and are having the same issue? You need to explain stuff, since we can see, hear, smell, or touch your car on the computer, we need information and lots of it to be able to help. Need the year of car, need specifics of what happened to make it not start.
