SO basically iam having issues with the Headlights.

The brights will come on.
The low beams(orange) lights will come on.
Normal night time lights will not.

Ive been driving around with the brights on as an only option..and I know Iam starting to annoy other drivers.

The only other thing worth mentioning is when I turn the bright on the symbol on the dash for normal light will come on. not the blue brights symbol.

As a start, you should definitely check/re-check the headlight bulbs (to see if both filaments are intact) AND sockets (to make sure there's power arriving to the bulb). Following that, you can check the headlight relay to see if it's in proper working order (you can try inserting another identical relay to rule it out). If all of these check-out, then it MIGHT be that the column switch (at steering column) will need replacing. If you're not comfortable/unsure with checking it yourself, then take it to local auto mechanic for proper diagnoses.

Seriously sounds like a bulb issue. Start your checking there first to make sure that both filaments in the bulb are intact as was suggested above. Am a little doubtful of the switch, although they do go bad, since you can get your high beams to work and not your lows. Switch gone bad SHOULD knock BOTH of them out of operation. Bulbs first would be a good place to start.
