Default I took the poly strut rod bushings back out

Hooray, I have a LS400 again. man those poly "bushings" were/are hard as steel, no flex or give at all... they ruined my LS ride. but I replaced them with OEM bushings, and now it rides like it should.... peace & quite

well I got my answer......

Billy,

I am sorry to hear that the Polyurethane bushings were not to your liking.
As I mentioned in the previous email, every customer we have had to date has
been perfectly satisfied with them including many LS400 owners. Naturally we
cannot refund you for used bushings unless they were specifically defective
which certainly isn't the case here. We hope you understand that we cannot
refund you simply because you didn't like the feel of the bushings, as we cannot
get a refund from the manufacturer for used bushings.

Again, I am sorry that they were not what you had hoped for and assure you
that we have many happy customers using these bushings in their LS400s with
no complaints or issues at all.
Sincerely,
Eric

Did you replace 'just' the bushings or the entire rod?

Where did you find just the bushing?
I thought the dealer will only sell the complete rod.

my poly strut rod bushings are great and I am slammed on megans...I like the solid feel, I wasnt too hard like described. I get a good response from the car and the road but I guess everyone gets that feeling a different way. Just sell them used on the LS400 classifieds for half price.

Billy please tell us where you got them and what the part number is - I've been suffering with my poly strut rod bushings for over a year and miss my Lexus ride terribly
