Default Power steering groan gone after oil change?

Hi guys. I'm pretty sure the power steering system has nothing to do with the car's oil system or cooling system but after my recent trip to Jiffy lube for an oil change and radiator flush the noise is gone and steering is smooth again. Does anyone have an idea how this could happen? The only other misc fluid they topped off was for the washer. The car is a 1999 LS.

thanks!

johnny yeah man they usually top off all fluids, even the brake fluid so that's why the noise went away.

what i don't like about using jiffy lube is that they don't use genuine fluids which the car needs, though brake fluid and PS fluid are ok if they meet the DOT and DEX III recommendations respectively. ATF and coolant needs to be OEM toyota for longevity. what color is the the coolant they used after the flush? OEM long life coolant is red.

Sup Timmy! I'll take a look at the coolant fluid later and let you know. The original fluid that was in it before was red so it was probably OEM before they flushed it.
