Power Steering Problem
So I was driving from Dallas to Austin and I noticed my Undercarriage cover at the bottom of my car was scraping because it had some missing screws. I pulled over to take it off. And continued my driving. And I was driving fine until just an hr ago, it was really hard to steer my Lexus. I pulled over and look at the power steering fluid reservoir and it was empty, and I was concerned because it was full when I checked it at the beginning of the trip. Then I look at the bottom and noticed this.
Is that hose my power steering hose? It's leaking.
Here's another image of it, I think it leads to the power steering fluid reservoir
Here are my questions.
1) Is it expensive to replace a power steering hose.
2) Is it going to cause more damage if I drive without power steering?
3) Is that leak EVEN the power steering hose?
thank you all

If that is your power steering low pressure return hose, it's a hack job repair as it normally is made up of sections of metal tubing and short sections of hose.
Short of making it right, park the car, cut off a short piece of it and go buy a length of transmission cooler hose to replace what you have.
