My 2000 Ls400 Steering Wheel motor is messing up. When i put the key in the wheel goes down a little bit then stops. It is supposed to go lower than that so i press my memory button the wheel goes down a little again and stops. I have to keep pressing the memory until it gets to my spot. also when i use the 4 way telescopic button it only goes up and down it wont go in and out.
What Should I do?

There's a video on utube about how to fix the up and down. The gear inside is slipping more than likely. Mine telescope didn't work either. That is a hole other issue. Good luck.

Is the telescopic motor the same as the up and down motor?
