Alright some key factors that we might need to know;
1. What are they asking for it
2. Does it have a full service history
3. When was the timing belt and water pump replaced
4. Do some research on the mileage thats really low for a 1990 LS check out CARFAX and check out the lexus drivers site for service history with lexus https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home
5. SEARCH, SEARCH, SEARCH the forums I was busted on this when I first joined and PD had to lay it down. This subject has been discussed many times regarding purchases and if the above items are good to go then I'd say you have a good car! Welcome to CL the LS is one of the best cars in the world if you buy it enjoy it!

i had the history on it, as well as carfax, the belt was done at 107,000. it wasn't this clean when i bought it, it needed the antenna, took out the yellow bulbs in the driving lights, and some other minor stuff. buffed the paint, put on about 4 coats of polish, also put my Kenwood Double Din DVD player in it for the road trips. still have a few more items to do, this forum has been great for the do-it-yourselfers.

A 20 year old car is a fine automobile?...Just joking
These cars are the BEST automobiles. Regardless of age. In most respects better than those coming off the assembly lines today.
Congrats...she'll take good care of you(as long as you keep up the upkeep)!
